I’ve not fitted the radiators yet, but I was very happy with the service I received. I had to call up to enquire about one part of my order and the customer services operator was able to help me very quickly. I’ll be purchasing again in the future.

If you want white radiators, don't buy here. Our plumber ordered 7 white column style radiators which have been delivered and are barely passable as white let alone the RAL colour advertised. The website advertises them as RAL 9016 but the paint is so thin and poorly applied that the metal underneath shows through and creates a blue/grey tinge. Even when fitted against a white wall, the product looks noticeably different in colour. I appreciate that sometimes gloss/matt finish can create slight colour differences but this is a vast, unsightly difference and totally not what is advertised as a RAL colour. How this meets the British Standard I have no clue!We purchased a white column radiator from a different source to compare and also looked at different products in other stores locally and could see a noticeable difference between those and the cheap, inferior product traderadiators.com have supplied. If I could attach an image to share, I would. Please look elsewhere if you want to have radiators that match your white walls. Even against other colours, the radiators still look a blue/grey tinge. Not impressed whatsoever and customer services seem to care very little if at all.

I was happy with the responses to my order and to the quick response on the phone from customer service. Unfortunately there was no follow up. I didn't receive an email or message confirming the delivery day and time for the radiator. I called and was told my rad would be delivered today, my builders stayed on site to receive it until 6.30pm, the window for delivery ended at 6pm!! Still no radiator. VERY VERY UNHAPPY.

Good price and Quick Delivery...10/10

Bought some cast iron radiators 10 years ago to add to 13 other radiators in my house ranging 1-25 years old at the time. Literally 1 month after the warranty period ended (10yrs) I noticed significant areas of rust and leakage on the floor below both radiators. After a lot of 'back and forth' with the company they blamed the inhibitor levels which is nonsense since only these two out of 15 rads have failed. I wouldn't bother with this company - they won't accept any responsibility for their poor quality radiators.

Ordered radiators over 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Countless phone calls to get through to someone and even when I did they weren’t very helpful. Said that radiators would be dispatched over a week later even though I picked available for next day delivery. It’s been a further week and still no delivery. After finally getting through to someone, they said they would phone back with a delivery update. And guess what 4 days later and still no phone call back. Poor service all round.

Bit of a mix up with my order but resolved quickly and efficiently. Great company, fab prices and great delivery from tuffnels, communication fantastic. Happy to use your company again
